Learn how I created an overhead storage area for my Citroen Berlingo campervan conversion, using existing fixings, copper pipe and a 70cm x 70cm cargo net.
This is a great little DIY project and works great for any micro camper, adding additional storage, which is out of the way, without losing any head room.

Nicely done, useful extra space. Did a similar thing with my Berlingo using an old parcel net cover from an estate car. So much fun making stuff like this.

Nice bit of extra storage. I’m currently looking to get myself a Berlingo but it’s finding one that’s the difficult bit 😉

I have seen strong plastic hooks designed to fit in the Berlingo ceiling but no idea where to get them.

I have a Partner Tepee with the modutop and have also removed the rear storage section. I'm going to put up the cargo net as you have done and am wondering whether you have any other useful ideas/tips and tricks for maximising the storage in the car? I have removed the rear seats and have a bootjump and not a permanent converstion.

Hi Penny, thank you for your comment… unfortunately I no longer have the vehicle. I now have a T5 Campervan (Casper Van Life), so all the storage ideas/mods I had for your type of vehicle are already listed as videos on this channel. I did do some videos on the side window storage units/boot jump mods etc which you may find of use. Have a look in my Amdro boot jump playlist 👍

Very helpful videos 😊 so, I wondered if you knew. The hook left over from the modutop removal, is that hook part only inside a Berlingo with a modutop, or is it in all of the models but hidden under a panel? Because I don't want the modutop, for headroom, but I do want the hooks!
