Great video as always. As you might know, my first idea for a manga story was a Science Fiction story called "Mikon no Mirai / Mission Wild Future". Since the story takes place tens of millions of years in the future, the outfits would look nothing like we know today or could be like in the near to medium far future (Within 100 to 5000 years hence). They would look more like a combination of EVA's skintight plugsuits and slendered down present day astronaut suits to take alien enviroments into account rather then traditional shirts, pants and/or skirts/dresses or anything recognizeble as clothes today.

I’m going for grunge and punk heavy type of style for my project. It can be wild like super spiked hair and subtle/professional depending on the characters background.

Do you think there's still room for simplistic storytelling, characters and worldbuilding? I always had the feeling my stories would be a lot more beloved if they were made in the 2000's or early 2010. My inspiration says it all; TMNT 2003, Motorcity, Randy Cunningham, Slugterra, Storm Hawks, Phineas and Ferb, PPG, Ben 10, Generator Rex, Avengers EMH, Transformers (Animated and Prime), Kick Buttowski, Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go, Silverhawks, Voltron (mainly Force), Hot Wheels BF5, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Iron Man Armoured Adventures, Centurions, SWAT Kats, and even some movies and games to an extent like Robot Jox, Titanfall, Vanquish, Halo, Doom, Mega Man, Armoured Core, Top Gun, MGRR, Gears of War, DMC and many more that I can list but i think i listed enough. What I'm saying is I'm not really a fan of overly complex, gritty, edgy stories nor am i a fan of characters that require 10+ hours of video essays for me to understand the . I'm a fan of the simpler side of things. I wanna make all kinds of all out action cartoon stories but I'm scared i might attract the wrong people. I might have already commented this but I'll just ask again just to be sure

I don't think a story needs to be overly detailed in order for it to be enjoyable. In many cases, putting a focus on simple details can bring a bigger focus to other things, like the characters. By creating something more simplistic, you can create a story that can be enjoyed at any time at any pace. 😊
