I absolutely love it, for years I have always wondered how the hair of the models in the magazines was able to style their hair to appear full volume and a shortened length. Thank you so much and for sure will be my new and fav hairstyle to wear definitely.

i tried this and it doesnt work its so difficult to do the pin curls and my hairs long so even when i managed the pin curls it didnt sweep back like hers did just hung there so maybe u need short layers in the front lol

Most time I find KZfaq commentators to be really simple-minded. It's obvious that the hairstyle is it's creating at home hairstyles that's why he's teaching her. Why would a teach her a complicated hairstyle, that she cannot recreate. UK trained stylist and rigiously trained...I bet you none of these comentators below can get employeed by John Frieda representing his company's multi million dollar brand. The hairstyle looked like a bodified bevelled bob. And yes in the 50's this style did exsist. Michaelle Obama replicated similar hairstyle (when everyone thought she cut her hair...when in actuality she did an updo in the back)and the media reported the hairstyle as a sensation throughout the entire US. 70% youtube commentators are the biggest sh*tslingers ever I swear. The sad fact is that less than 1/16 of these comentors have a friggin clue about what the topic they are negatively commenting on. If they did, then they wouldn't be on KZfaq watching a professional hairstylist teach a tutorial. If you dislike certain steps of the tutorial then omit that step and stop being some damn negative.
