Logically speaking, the way you look is also the first thing people judge about u tho, if ur planning to impress someone then u should take care of the way your look as much as ur manners, u can't be expecting to have a good first impression from someone while ur wearing a dirty clothes/shoes or messy hair or ur mouth smelling bad , that's just how reality is , most people treat u the way u treat urself , if ur treating urself poorly and don't put a bit of effort into ur look , people will also treat u poorly , if ur watching this to improve urself it means ur trying to put some effort into ur outside look , and that's more than enough

Thank you so much for this Miss Musayeva. I practiced today as I always hunch back in whatever I do, my shoulders have become uneven, and the same goes for my hips. My classmate even suggested seeing a specialist because I kept complaining about it and she said it might be scoliosis. But I did this free lesson from you today; I feel good! I'll try to remember this especially when I'm outside since I'm very anxious when presenting myself, which makes me stiff and then trip myself.

I love elegant. Etiquette topic. My parents really cared about etiquette when they were rasing me. How to walk elegant. How to sit. My mother learned me these things and also she is such a high heels lover and thanks to her I became high heels lover as well. I learned how to walk in these shoes in elegant way. I really feel like a lady and I like it❤.

When I fist met one of my moms friends a few years back, they asked me if I was taking ballet classes. I didn’t and when I asked them why they thought that, they told me they assumed it based on my posture and the way I moved. What I took from that experience is, that people really notice the way you move so it definitely pays off to learn how to move or act elegant!

Fascinating video! I learnt a lot…it crossed my mind about half-way through that I have a sway back (lordosis) so am a little more limited with some of the posture corrections. This reminded me that a person’s energy (regardless of posture/appearance/physical ability/differences) will always announce their character! I’ve met people with ‘perfect’ posture whose energy is not what I would wish to be around for very long!
