Thank you Sir for trying method i recommended. I'm glad its successful. Appreciated the shout out but Mr. David Ramsey is the orginal KZfaqr how shared his method. Do you know that once you have and established colony of infusoria you can divide up the culture and make multiple colonies going. I've found feeding a pinch of dissolved yeast regularly helps maintain the culture. You can even try decaying plant material or fishfood as source to feed them. Hope this helps. Best of luck Sir..

How to harvest the infusoria ?

Hi, I use a pipette or a small piece of air line tube to take some of the water out of the jar.

Abu Sir an easy way to harvest the infusoria is to collect with the lights off in dark room. Put a light source next to the jar for about 5mins and most of them will be atttracted to that area. You can then use a pipette, syringe, turkey baster or even an airline tube and suck up the infusoria which can then be fed directly to your fry or put in a clean container which can be used to feed within 24hrs. IMO i prefer a long needle syringe as you have more control and can collect more infusoria with small amount of water... Hope this helps. Best of luck.
