Been watching these testimonials was going to the bathroom 10 to 15 times a day no stool all blood and mucus. I'm on no meds because I feel they dont work. Changed my diet to whole food fruit smoothies, potatoes, squash, rice, and steamed veggies with phased in beans now no blood except very rarely if I stress a lot and formed stools. You guys are the best. WFPBD is the best decision I've ever made. I will continue to watch yalls videos and if I need help will contact yall.

Hey Nesha - it fell out from January 2019 - May 2019 - but the most loss was in the first two months. It started to stop and regrow middle of May and I was back to normal probably by August of that year. Oddly - my hair changed colour numerous times - from grey - silver- brown - red - it was quite something. Least I know what colors do and dont suit me :)

@@declanedge5355 thanks for your reply, wow that is something. I asked because I've lost about a third of my hair with azathioprine. It's really quite scary and depressing. It has stopped falling out now but I can't wait for it all to come back😳😊. Funny thing my hair has also changed, it's really curly now yikes. Thank you so much for sharing your story it gave me so much hope. I can't thank shukul enough for saving me. 🙌 to all who have healed 😊

@@neshadhanjal9249 It is very challenging but the good news its stopped falling out - thats part-1. It will regrow. I did go to a professional hair clinic in April after two months of Drs and blood tests - the clinic provided treatment to first, slow the loss down, and then to speedup its regrowth. They did tell me it would regrow in its own time but i was over looking like Uncle Fester and everyone thinking I was dying. I was skeptical of the clinic at first but my sister had a condition whereby her roots are weak and her hair often falls out. She worked with this professional team for 2 months and she was delighted with the results. I would never even have thought of doing something like this, instead I would have waited for the regrowth. No doubt the diet accelerated the growth as now I need to head to the hair dressers every 3 weeks - it was always 4 weeks prior. Definitely worth checking out a professional clinic rather than waiting if it causing you distress as it did me ;)

Great testimonial. I’m curious to know how much of feeling good during this time on the method is attributed to the medication still in your system? I ask because I’m on Azathioprine and hear that when coming off this medication it can stay in the system for 6 months therefore making it appear you’re well up until its out completely...I hope this is not the case, just wonder...thanks

Hey Lee - for me I believe it made no difference. I stopped taking Infliximab January 2019 when I started looking like Uncle Fester with the hair loss. I went on Entyvio next and it was almost 5 months to the day later I had a flare. I believe that was the last of the Infliximab leaving my body and the disease was starting to kick off again. They say it takes up to 6 months also. I never felt Entyvio was doing much for me except causing pains in my heals and arms. So when I started with HCH I had diarreoa and nasty nausea. Within 4-5 days it was gone and I must confess, remained gone. If you are on a "working" drug, meaning its keeping you in remission then its important to phase off this. HCH experience is crucial in this area. Some of our bodies detox (including detox from drugs) without too much strain, others have a harder transition. Very best with it and dont hesitate to reach out ;)

@@declanedge5355 Hi Declan, thanks for the quick reply! Thats great to know. I'm currently on Azathioprine and Pentasa and inflammation seems to be under control and my GI seems to think my daily symptoms of gas and BM differences are more IBS related. I would love to be off these meds, especially concerning to me is being immunocompromised in outbreak situations such as the Coronavirus... At the same time I fear touching something that is working for me and not being able to go back on it. I guess its easier to make that decision if meds aren't working! Thanks again.

Hey - It started falling out quickly from mid January until mid May. The grow back was quick with the mass coming back in probably two months - mid May to early July. But my color and texture didnt come back for another 2-3 months after that. Certainly by beginning of Sept things were back to normal. A friend of mine is a hair dresser and she was the one giving me the updates on it ;)
