interesting. all the screen printing videos ive watched never time them after they hit 320. ive never done it either, and never had a problem.

Before I would wait until it reached 320, then I would remove it from under the flash dryer, but the print don't last long. It would wash out faster. Thank you very much for watching this video.

So once the ink surface reaches 320° for the final cure I leave it under for how many seconds?

how far away is your flash dryer from your shirt when you cure it? 2-3" inches?

I have the same flash dryer and I’ve been using white fn ink on black shirts and so far I’ve had success keeping the flash dryer 3” away from the garment for 25-30secs.

Thank you for the stretch test ! I use a heat press at 340 for 15 seconds once . Sound I do multiple passes to get it to stretch well? Mine seem to crack really easily

That mean its not cure. Maybe your flash dyer is not close enough. Make sure to use a temperature gun. Thank you for watching this video

If you we’re talking about print flash print, do it for a few seconds until it’s a little tacky and then you print again. Thank you for watching it.

I noticed in the WB flash dryer vid you pulled white on the garment 2 times as well. Is that something that I should do for light inks on dark fabrics or just your process?

No, but white on dark fabrics is a problem, so you need to print flash print to get the white bright looking. Thank you for watching.

Do you have an adjustable temp flash dryer and set it to 320? I have an non adjustable flash dryer and it reaches about 700-800 degrees max do I just wait until it reaches 320 and leave it for a minute?

No, I believe it heats up to 500 and I adjusted the flash dryer height. I also, use a temperature gun to make sure I know whenever it reached 320, Thank you for watching this video.
