I've just started collecting, (that's what I'm calling it but really I'm a grown woman who's playing with dolls :0)! and there's just so much information out there. I stumbled across your videos while researching how to fix the glue problem and I'm just too impressed with your work. Your instructions are precise, they make sense and you don't take yourself too seriously. There are so many choices out there for doll enthusiasts but your channel is the first one I've subscribed to and the first I've felt compelled to comment about. I know that these videos are old but please know that they are still relevant! Keep up the good wok and thank you! I can't wait to try this on my Fashionista dolls!

I have an Ariel doll, just a regular size one and she needs some hair help. Her roots are sticky-stiff, and when I had a similar problem with 3 of my monster high dolls i asked on this one website how i can fix it and i managed to fix my monster high dolls, but my Ariel... i can't seem to fix her hair no matter how many times i have washed it. I was told the sticky/greasy/stiff feel is glue/excess glue used to hold the rooted hair in place, and i had gone on a different website and the girl who owns it said she used Goo gone on her doll that had the same problem and it had worked for her, i want to try it, but i don't want to end up ruining her hair. Do you have any suggestions on how i can fix my Ariel?

I've been trying to find the best way to give my doll waves as I'm going to try to make a eddie munson doll. I ordered some hair more one of the doll hair websites, after putting on the doll, do i need to boil wash it before styling it?
