Being able to identify what a toxic relationship looks like is helpful, and learning how to leave a toxic relationship is healthy. Not all relationships improve your mental, emotional, and physical well being. Surrounding yourself with others that care about you and have your best interest in mind can help you learn to love yourself even more, and help you during recovery.
