@cindyh90153 жыл бұрын
Chef AlB, do you throw out the remains of the deboned chicken? Or do you make chicken stock? If you make stock, please do a video of making stock. Let us know if you freeze the stock and for how long. Then make a soup with your chicken stock.
@jaredloftusvlogs48178 ай бұрын
Honestly came across this video and seemed interesting cause I like to critique. So don’t hate. Just a few tips. Let the chicken rest for at least 15-20 min. It shouldn’t be steaming. That’ll keep the chicken a lot more moist after you carve it. Sharpen your knife and let the knife do the work. Don’t push down. That’ll give a lot cleaner cuts and the end result would be a lot more presentable. But still an amazing looking chicken!
@carmenblanchard35963 жыл бұрын
Hey Al-B. I buy a rotisserie chicken at least once a week. Now I can cut it properly. Once I get the legs and wings off the rest is any which way. So thx chef.
