Hy Tisa I recently came across your KZfaq channel and I've been binge watching your videos and I'm kinda hooked. I have even downloaded the easy equities app and tried to update my banking details (I'm using standard), however I'm struggling.. it keeps saying "SA account numbers has a minimum of 14 digits, however my account number has 11 digits.. can y'all help me please

Hi Tisa with capitec when I get to point 6,its not the same thing as on instructions. I am actually stuck there and it's been long now. after selecting Widgets it goes straight to my portfolio. could you please help if you can

You can add it by clicking the plus + sign under all your accounts, then you can activate it, if it’s not there you can contact EasyEquities to activate it for you.

Ive deposited funds on the 28th, they still haven't reflected, I double checked and my reference is indeed correct but still no reflection, is this normal?

It should have by now, check the banking details again, if it’s not in by the end of the week contact EasyEquities. My deposits usually reflect on the same day, maybe because of my bank.

I created a username and password and filled in the first 2 pages but did get to fill my tax no and now when I try to login it says password is wrong where I click forgot password it send me a email with a reffence no I don't know where to use it but when I go click on the link it doesn't take back to creating a new password
