None of my decks show up and I've tried this like 1000 times and installed packages a 1000 times. Nothing shows up on my Ipad. Waste of time. Need a PHD in computer science to run this when it was made for regular engineers like myself to be able to work with it. It is super silly to create a macro to be able to open a macro that opens other macros. Just make it possible to install your connected device, be it an ipad or a Stream Deck and have it automatically show up all of your decks without needing to configure all this crap. Why complicate this even further? Make it so each deck is like a preset of shortcuts instead of macros that opens a set of macros. It's like adding unnecessary complication to something that should be quite simple in nature. I was trying to convince my team of post production audio engineers to use this but I guess I'm not making other engineers waste their time. We're busy people, we don't have a bunch of free hours to play around with settings like that, should be click click, done! I can't convince my colleagues to spend hours and hours and hours setting up something so simple. If you design this properly in a way that is more user friendly for audio professionals that don't have 100 free hours to figure this crap out you'll have a lot more users. In my humble opinion. This comes from a person that has set up macros and quick keys with other softwares, so it's not like I haven't done something similar before. Here's an idea: The packages that people install just automatically show up as you load into your controller device. Or even if your profile just has 1 deck for you to use if you want to and it loads the moment you open your device, without needing to setup a macro to open the deck. It is beyond silly that showing a deck is a macro in and of itself, it makes zero sense.

Hi Mariana. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting it to work. If you want help with it, please use the steps at bit.ly/sfhelpissue and we can assist you. Please note that there is a number of different ways to set up SoundFlow to show Decks. For the most part this can be done without creating macros first, but this specific video shows the details for more advanced use cases. Our setup on iPad is mostly configuration free and normally does exactly what you describe - just shows up all the defined Decks in your account. In any event, we can't really help with tech support on KZfaq, but please feel free to reach out on our forum, or even better, via the steps outlined in the article I linked to above.
