Here we demonstrate the 180 round kick, which is simply a Taekwondo style round kick with a 180 degree turn. We teach round kick in this way because 180 hook kicks commonly follow round kicks in tricking combos. Try joining your 180 round kick right to your 180 hook kick and for an extra challenge, add a jump to each kick!
