It depends which part of the back hurts :) try resting for a day or two!

That Girl Plays try doing the splits and going back and see if you can touched your back leg while doing the splits if you can’t touch it with your hands that means that you are not flexible enough.

Yes there are bonus stretches at the end! Someone will comments about that so imma clarify :) The core of the workout = the first four exercises! They’re designed to improve stability, balance, & mobility in the muscles used for the needle. The splits, straddles, resistance arm pulls, backbends, & flyer positions are the extra mile! Stretching is important for optimizing flexibility ofc 💕If you have a split & bridge, then you’re flexible enough to needle. Now it’s about improving stability & balancing on one leg!

Can you do a video on how to get over splits and stay flexible? Like a quick everyday split stretching routine? Because i used to be able to do a split whenever and now i have to stretch fir a bit and now im sad lol

When I do my needle, I feel this sharp, stinging, pinching pain in between my shoulder blades and I take a few days of break when stretching but it still always has this feeling, should I stop trying to push my needle harder?

Stretch your shoulders more before pulling your needle and make sure your super warmed up. Try pulling scorpions just grabbing your foot but straightening your arms and if that doesn't stretch your shoulders you can just walk your hands down a little more and straighten your arms again and keep doing it until your shoulders stretch you don't want to over strain/stretch your shoulders. A stretch that helped me so much and improved very quickly was sitting with my hands behind me and my pinkies touching. Then slide your hands out behind you or scoot your but forward while keeping your pinkies together. It's hurts really bad so don't over stretch it. Do it once or twice every day I've been doing it once a day for almost 3 weeks and my armpits are about an inch from the ground and when I started they we like a foot away so it improves quickly you just have to be committed.

oh my god yes stop that, you need to first improve your shoulder flexibility otherwise you can seriously, badly hurt yourself.

When I do my needle my back hurts and I can't balance but it's fine I just can't make my leg straight and stand on my own I guess I have to practice more

OMG YES YOUR BACK! I MISSED YOU SOOOO MUCH! Your still a queen! Ever since you stopped posting I got so inflexible but half way through this week I was like we need to start... even if I was stretching at gym practice and 3 days I almost got back most of my flexibility and now you've posted I'm so happy!! Love you girl ♥️🐙😊 Edit: btw when I stretched it was only your stretching videos and routines so please don't stop posting because we all need you and love you !!

Yes i think that's possible you just have to stretch everyday and you will be able to get your splits and all!

Your videos always encourage me to stretch! But I have a question, how often would I need to stretch for back flexibility, and for how long? Because sometimes after I stretch my back gets really sore

I recommend stretching at the time of day you feel best! Start with the easier stretches, and work your way up (: good posture and rest is also important for preventing pain! Erical.im/back

Work on lunges. backward leg kicks, and your pike. Also in your lunges work on different variations of lunges. Also, watch her video on the splits, that was posted 2 months ago.
