@manwithsongs practise with a spotter and it should help heaps. unless you have friends like mine who pretty much dropped me on my head midway through a backflip after i bailed. could also try a progression kinda thing where you start with a move that requires no balls and is technically simple like a macaco and work your way up to the ballsier moves which is what im doing

I need some help. When rebounding, I accidently turn to the left everytime. So when I go for a Round off > Backflip, it always ends in a Round off > Arabian. Do I have to push off harder with one hand or what could I possibly do wrong?

When I prep a round off backflip by rebounding and putting my arms up, my knees bend, but when I do a round off and rebound without putting my arms up afterwards like you would to backflip out of it, I have an amazing rebound, can someone tell me why when I put my arms up I bend my knees affecting the rebound meaning I cannot backflip out of it?

@manwithsongs Yes. But wtf, they didn't even teach these things in school. I was mostly expected to just do. Maybe they taught something, but I learned nothing and didn't even dear to try. Only later I joined one club and they taught me some things by almost holding my hand until I succeeded better and better. If you want to teach, you have to make sure the student also learns. You are not finished before. This video is good though, because it is so accurate, as good as it gets.
