it’s kind of puzzling to me that almost everyone knows what a butterfly knife is, but i’ve barely met anyone who was interested in balisong flipping as a hobby. i’m really glad that squid industries is making such a big impact on the community as well as bringing new people in. i only got into bali flipping a few weeks ago, and it might even be my favorite hobby. it would be super cool if #squid made some sort of tutorial on a maybe more dynamic and complicated version of the tf2 spy’s balisong flipping.

I'm pretty sure local bladesmiths and original balisong makers will be so proud of how the balisong turned into a global phenomenon. Can we talk about how #squid has a super unique design language? Like I just love how every balisong just fits into the same product line yet has so much character and elegance in the machining and design. I love how impactful all of the designs are and how innovative and creative these balis are! I truly feel like each balisong is a work of art even if they aren’t super exclusive. Amazing work!

Currently Val, Apex, League, and Osu. Will forever love Squid Industries. Definitely a part of the main foundation of the Balisong community alongside Benchmade, BRS, and HOM. Will treasure my gunmetal Krake Raken V1 and #squid family of balis. One of the first inspirations 5 years ago was watching BladeHQ's "Which Butterfly Knife Do I Buy?" with Lucas and being absolutely stunned. Keep up the good work!

I just got my first #squid balisong trainer just 2 weeks ago and I'm having a great time learning tricks through your videos! I am currently playing Team Fortress 2, which also has a character with a balisong in it, although the tricks may be a bit basic for their own video, especially when compared to these.

It's cool to see such cool combos in games. Before I started flipping I remember seeing cool tricks in movies that weren't complex at all. Now to see games like Valorant and Apex have cool and difficult combos is a nice change. I've been playing a ton and Apex and would love to see a breakdown on Octane's heirloom animation. Even though it's not a good idea to do on a live blade. #squid
