Just one thing don't lean forward you can't see the opponent. If you bend your knees go down straight . Its faster and you can see the opponent. Plus the balance is better cause of the even weight distribution.

I practice Jeet Kun Do/ Peek a boo boxing...been into martial arts training since the 80s.....this guy seems to have that style down better than anybody I've seen ( other than Tyson himself) so far....good videos...

Mostly because of no competent teachers for this style

I'm guessing it's because you need very good reflexes and the ability to see through chaos, whereas most people like the feeling of being in control that you get with a style that's less intense and aggressive.
