To upload all the information from ivms 4200, goto access control , creat access control group , select persons and Entrance(terminals) and after click on apply all devices. Your all data will be upload to terminal

Hello! First, thank you for your video and help! Question is: on Monitoring i can see the "fingerprint recognition passed" events, but it doesn't say the person's name. How can I link them?

Hello, i need to know can i add different PIN for every user that use card? So they check and opet door by reading carrd first then input they PIN number? Thank you

Hi, yes you can. You can assign PIN unique pin number for each user then select authentication method Card+PIN

is there any bug on this app ? i'd try to make a multiple shift, i've create 6 timetable, but while i'm merged the timetable on the shift table, only just 5 timetable can merged. next i've try to make a new shift and merged the timetable, it also can't merged. is there any bug ? 'cause the other timetable can merged normaly

Nice video, I have two questions: 1. If I change or add a fingerprint for a user, will it automatically update in the device(s) that the user has access to? 2. Do you know which fingerprint algorithm is used on Hikvision devices? Like in ZKTeco, we use Version 10 or 9. I wonder if they are the same. Can I import my employee data from a ZKTeco device into a Hikvision device?

Hi @Benedkts-vg1gu 1. Nope, you need apply new person to the access group & attendance group. 2. Should be cannot, they DB was different.

hey thank's for the help but can u also make a video on how can i connect my hikvision with internet in ivms it's showing it's offline and in the device it's offline as well how am i suppose to connect to internet!? Thank u for the help!

Hi @user-zh5vt6df4t If status in iVMS4200 is offline means your PC's network segment and your device's network segment is different. If want to connect the device to internet you can configure the device from either iVMS4200 or remote browser or locally on device.

Hi, when adding a Biometric Device on iVMS, what device username is being requested for there? Is it the Super Username & Password that was setup when installing iVMS on a PC or is it a different username, because when setting up the Biometric Device, I wasn't asked to input a username.

Hi @ObasesamUsangEffiom Username is admin by default, password is the activation password set by user during device activation.

Hi @adriansihanabun3925 You can use ISUP protocol supported Hikvision Access Control Device eg. 341CMF, then connect back to your HQ Hikcentral Professional Software (licensed software).

Hello I have three shifts. 1 : 7am-3pm 2: 3pm-11pm 3: 11pm-7am First and second shift work perfectly and the program counts working time. But third shift does not count minutes,is it problem because it ends in next day ?

Hi Jenny, You can go to time attendance -> calculate -> search by date & time -> from here, there should be an export button.

Hikvisions ivms software does not work with more than 1 shift unfortunately and that is a very big disapointment

For one person can only assign 1 shift. If you got few shifts for one person can use flexible shift instead. Then calculate by each check in/out.

Go to Person>Import>Download Template for Importing Person. Then import back to software by clicking 'Import' then select template file you just fill in.

Hi, Could you please check your network connection? Make sure your PC and your device is in the same network range. And that your PC is able to ping your device.
