Question please I have memories of photos and videos on an old device, so I backed them up using Google Photos, and I made a factory reset for the old device and left it, and I registered my account on the new device and Google Photos, but after I registered my account on the new device, these photos can I see them in the internal storage of my device, or are they in the account In-app only Do you mean that it is only stored in the company's servers??

I tried another method through photo takeout ...via zip file all photos atonce but when i extracted the it wasnt showing meta data and also not in the same order ..does by this methoed photo get sort as per date

hi I got this problem, Can someone pls. explain to me how to fix this problem? -My friend opened her old messenger account then someone from her friends sent her an unknown link. She pressed it to check what it is then suddenly her phone automatically moved on its own and locked it. I tried to force restart it but it won't. All I can see are green boxes highlighted on what it automatically pressed. After the phone deleted all files it suddenly disappears.
