I am so glad to see someone else who has more than 1 email and also a "messy" desktop. Too funny! Thank you for this video. You always give such great explanations. I'm one of those visual learners and your videos are always so easy to understand visually. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Im a visual learner as well, and then hands on. I'm glad I was able to explain it all so that it makes sense! If I didn't save everything onto my desktop I believe my whole computer experience would be more pleasant hahahaha......

Hi I got all you explained but after you download the patterns how do you trans to your machine as a pes file?

Hi Nina :) I don't actually sell any pes files in my shop. I do sell svg files used for cutting machines.

Hi, when you click on the file do it come up with instructions to do it? Or do you have to do stuff further on

I don't see any of those on etsy to see my account on my phone I place an order on etsy and it tells me to view files on etsy., but when I go to esty it don't have nothing there to download. I'm on my new phone.

Hello, Merry Christmas! Have you downloaded the Etsy app on your new phone? If not, do that and then sign in to your account :) Then click on "YOU" at the bottom, and then purchases.

My problem is not in downloading....But in finding it later. I have trouble recovering it.

I like to make a folder on my desktop and just put it all in there so I know where to initially look haha.....after that I can move it to where it needs to be

you'll need to download it from Etsy as shown here, then go to where ever you saved it on your device, or your computer and open it up. Most of my files are PDF or SVG files. For the PDF files you'll need a PDF software like Adobe Reader (free on the internet). You'll open the file and print from there.

If you have purchased something from me, send me a message on Etsy, I'll be more then happy to help you download. If you purchased from a different seller, why not message them, Im sure they will help you.
