that's an absolutely great tutorial but I'm wondering how do I make the screen effect of the 'led light' dotted on the line, my illustrator doesn't work, the base is still kind od white and

I've been loving your videos Elena, so happy I stumbled across your channel by accident! Have made a few Holiday cards this year to hand out for personal use as well as for work - paired them up with Photoshop to create a little animated effect with a few other videos of yours. I have a question about this one though, it's my first time use the 3d & materials feature, and for some reason your shadows on the star and bauble look faded around the edges and just have an overall nicer look and feel to them because the shadows are blending nicely - mine seem harsher and don't fade out at all. What am I doing wrong that I'm missing some setting somewhere? I thought I was following all your values and steps properly with the 3d and materials feature. Any help would be appreciated Elena, and keep the videos coming! I plan to do alot more with your videos over the break from work for the holidays when I get some free time - super excited for this! Maybe my computer is too slow. It was taking to long for the 3d to load properly. I had to force quit illustrator! Im going to skip this one and do anything tutorial lol.
