I love seeing you draw on paper. But drawing on the iPad has strong benefits for instruction purposes. Showing quickly other possibilities then deleting. Nice little addition 👏👏👏

Hey , I have another question. I see that when you are using the spray paint tool you have some sort or cursor on the screen where it shows where the paint is going. How can I turn that on? I’m not sure if I explained that right but it’s when you’re using the airbrush tool when shading . That would make things very helpful when shading . Thank you

how is the black shading unaffected when you go over it with the red?

Hi the black is on a higher layer so the black is above it. Very handy feature of digital drawing

would this work with other than ipad pro ? is there maybe a cheaper version you could use ?

No prob pretty much anything, paper, paint markers or generally any drawing app. Most have the basic similar features like layers which is pretty much all you need really

And procreate is available to any apple product so if you got an iPhone could do it on that aswell

@@thebrokenpuppet was thinking if a older version ipad apple would work with pro create aswell . but ofcourse the better ipad the better it will respond with the programs i guess but just a thought . these new ipads pros are just expnsive hehe

I'm so tired of artists saying it doesn't have to be perfect then it comes out like this. Honestly i got confused when you started drawing the details around the swoop, before you started with the pedals.

Great video, but I'm having trouble with the highlighted areas? It wont let me highlight individual sections on any other layer other than the one I used to line it, any others just makes the whole screen blue?

No prob what you need to do is on the layer you drew the linework, press on it and then click on 'reference' this makes that layer the alpha layer for selection so you can make selections from it on any layer

No prob the app is called procreate, very good and literally just a one off payment of £15 I think.

Hi there, thank you so much for the video! I have a question though.. when i get to the color part, my red is covering completely the black and i can't figure out what i am doing wrong. Is it a opacity setting? I would be so grateful if you could help me with this.. Thank you and keep up the great work!!

all good, i got it! apparently i had to make it public first to figure it out by myself :)). I switched the position of the layers and it's all good. Ty!
