This is a video about my illustration/drawing process using Clip Studio Paint.
Many of you asked how I make my art and here's a rough breakdown.

You know this might actually be the first REAL full process video on KZfaq. Instead of clicking on a video and having a sketch nearly fully rendered then watching them color and add minor details. Great Job.

Ahh thank you! I just find it convenient, so you dont have to look for the same refs every time you open the project again^^ I sort them to know what ref is used for which part :)

I know this video is a tutorial but I heavily appreciate the fact that you didn't have an immediate pose and perfect rough phase. It just makes me as a fellow artist feel better for not having 'perfect' rough sketches. Love your process of rendering and all the details 100/10

*When their sketches are cleaner than your lineart:* Anyways, I love detailed tutorials like this! I know all people making tutorials try their best, but this is a lot more detailed than any I've seen so far.

Yeah i am always a bit worried when it comes to videos..first i have to expose possible mistakes I do, uncertainties and who knows...maybe someone is shocked to see artists get inspired by other artists. But I am trying to post more, maybe even with a voice over one day^^

This video is actually really helpful when it comes to the sketch and final render process, I've also been semi-struggling with organization and prepping canvases (which most artists often seem to forget when it comes their videos, I mean no offense to anyone) when it comes to Clip Studio Paint as a new artist in training and I really appreciate for you showing the necessary steps

Thank you for this video. The rendering part is always the toughest part for me, especially using the previous rough colors as base, and then paint anew on top. This was a great way to visualize and understand it better.

Love your video, it shows your skill and all the hard work it took to get to this level. I learned something new about clip studio as well, thank you for that. But what me struck most is the willingness to show your use of reference material in this video. Some people still think you need to this all by heart, thank you for showing that is not the case.

Yeah, and to be honest I was really nervous uploading, this. the photo refs..well but other artists art as visual reference and inspiration is still rarely seen in guides. But to be honest everyone gets inspired by all the art shared online. I find it pretty interesting to see how other artists shade, how rough their brush work is etc. its inspiring for my own art :)
