Absolutely amazing piece of artwork. However, I don't understand why five people turn their thumbs down on this fantastic picture. It must be due to envy. Sadly, some primitive envious people can't be happy on other people's behalf or admire their skills.

I'm gonna take the vulgar American approach on this comment to express my true feelings watching this piece come to life. That was fucking amazing. I was just gifted my first set of soft pastels and got on here to find out how they are used and what can be done with this medium. I had no idea these could create this level of detail. Really amazing work here. I'm just blown away by what I just witnessed.

Please Please Please your advice on Fixative....I did a piece with lot of soft pastel...even after 7 layers of Winsor fixative...it rubs off....no I didn't spray while doing ....what's best for thick application

I'm not an artist or nor do I have exceptional talent, I love the process more then the result, and recently I've been attempting to revive a dormant interest in pastel paint. O "pastel" é o lápis de cera que é vendido nas lojas?

Não. Pastel é diferente de cera. Procure por Soft Pastel. Pois existe o oleoso tb. Mas o mais usado e mais caro é o soft pastel. Q é o pastel seco. Mas vou te falar q em alguns tipos de materiais. A qualidade muda muito o resultado. É o caso do pastel e da aquarela. Se trabalhar com coisa ruim, vc acaba se frustrando. Já o grafite, lapis de cor, tinta óleo e acrilica. Vc tem ótimos resultados com material barato. Claro, sabendo um mínimo de técnica.

Olá, por favor qual fixador você usa? Ou enquadre-o sem o fixador. Porque ouvi dizer que o fixador estraga os pastéis de giz. Também acabei arruinando um trabalho uma vez. Muito obrigado antecipadamente
