i feel one of my biggest weaknesses when it comes to drawing is that i feel pressured to make a finished piece, i rarely let myself just sketch/doodle things and experiment with different things. watching your videos are really relaxing and have helped me feel more comfortable filling a page with whatever, even if it’s not perfect or fully rendered:)

What I do when I want to draw is normally I have like 20 ideas all at once then choose one, I’ve started taking notes for things to draw so when I don’t have any inspiration I go into my notes and find something I wanted to draw a week ago and didn’t 🙂 it may not work for everyone but it helps me!

Thank you for this video, it's a nice way to put an end to thinking too hard about what to draw. I tried sketching everything what came to my mind just to draw things I usually don't draw frequently and got a page full of different things. It's not the same approach as yours, because you tried to come up with what to draw in the end, but it's at least similar and added to techniques I can put to use when stuck. So thanks for this video again. :D

They speed the video up. Other times they have been doing this for a long time so its muscle memory so they really dont take long. Just take your time and go at your own pace

This is such a great tactic! I like the idea of keeping it all there so you can see the thought journey of how you got to the finished drawing. You've definitely inspired me to not only fill my sketch pages, but to also work with my copics. I havent really been confident enough to work with them. But I've been working more with metallic ink pens and I can appreciate how much better you get from actually *using* your materials. So I'm not going to be scared of the copics anymore. At least 😅That's my goal! I'll use them until I'm not intimidated anymore. Thank you for the awesome inspiration!
