Love these inverted triangle videos. My glutes can appear round/defined. However my hips are forever narrow so that’s how I know I’m an inverted triangle. I would probably have to go on extreme mode in the gym to make them appear wider

Thank you so much for your petite inverted triangle content! Something I always have a hard time with is the right shoes for an outfit, depending on the length, volume etc of the pants or skirt etc. Maybe I'm not alone and that could be a topic for a future video?

What about shoes? Sometimes I feel like I manage to put together an outfit that looks ok and then I ruin it with my shoes lol I have been struggling a lot with choosing the right shoes for my outfit😭

Highlighting the waist doesn’t work for me coz my hips are the same thickness and my torso is so short :( nor do fitted sleeves because my arms are disproportionately large for my short inverted triangle frame…

Can you tell me what shape my body is I have broad shoulders 36 My small beasts 31 My waist 24 My hips 33 I put it in body shape calculator I got bottom hourglass but I’m not sure Bc my shoulders are wider than the rest.

You have a morphed body type and you might be the mix of both hourglass and inverted triangle, so you fall under a pear shape with witbroadod solders, but because your solder is the broadest of all your features you can opt for an inverted triangle style perfectly even for the style guide of bottoms, but an addition to that may be you can wear Some completely solderless skinny dresses as long as you avoid dressing your broad solders you can go for pear shape styles like adding volume to burst area kind, means off solder ruffle jumpsuit (ruffles around the bust ) all kind of of ruffly on upper body type but avoiding solder volume but can do volume on lower half of sleeves and around bust areas , upper ruffles are genrally a no for inverted traingle but you have more options available to this particular body type.
