Amazing video that isn’t 20 minutes long of explaining what you are going to do before you actually do it - this was short & sweet & to the point and I’m gonna be trying your technique soon! Thanks so much for the amazing video & tips! Really appreciate it cause it took me forever to find a decent video to show me this technique without bleach on dark hair

I just watched like 20 videos on how to ombre hair at home and none of them where as informative as yours or as easy as yours ! I wish I would of found this video the very first time and it would of saved me a lot of hastle lol I definitely think I could ombre it myself now with confidence :) thank you for your video!

Your video was so helpful! This was the first time I used anything but boxed dye and first time doing an ombre look. My hair is pretty resistant to dye so my ends did not come out super bright (next time I may bleach before hand but I got nervous!), but I got a good subtle blended look so I'm very happy.

My hair is exactly the same but purple tips i did it myself. The bleaching of the hair is the most tiring part. But with pigmented hairnits a must to lighten it so the color comes through later. Saved a ton of money doing it myself

These tips help a lot! My mom is dying my hair next week and she always leaves patches or uses too much/little dye :/ So when I show her this video hopefully my hair will look as gorgeous as yours!:)

How did you choose which pieces to color? From the video it looks like you colored each chunk of hair in smaller sections but did you also leave some sections undied?

What color do you use to retouch? I heard somewhere to use a semi-permanent the second time around and to not use volumizer, but I would like it to be a little lighter this time.. Thoughts??? Btw I used your video like a billion times! :)

I went to a famous salon and asked for an ombre red. I had black virgin hair, they did the job but unfortunately the color didnt show up nicely! Also I asked the artist to leave alternate strips of hair black and do ombre on the rest. But now since the color is not that vibrant i want to retouch. Can i do this procedure on my hair? Its been 2 weeks since I went the salon.
