there's one more important part :) you pour all the remaining butter and garlic from the snail shells onto the plate, break off a piece of fresh baguette, and dip it into the butter. so delicious!

I was talking about enjoying frogs legs with a neighbor from my new apartment and he asked if I'd had escargot. I hadn't so after watching your video on eating them, I've made a reservation for this Friday after I pick up my wife from work. So looking forward to date night, thank you.

I went on a culinary tour when I was in Paris. We tried some of the best foods! We also had snails and frog's legs. I love butter and garlic but I really didn't care for the taste nor the consistency of the snails. Hard pass next time I'm offered.

My bad, I don't know the function of the clamp. In fact, I use it to pick up pizza instead of pinching the escargot shell. 🤦🏽‍♂️
