In this special episode Lisa and Evy tag team and bring you into their world of confidence and share all the tips you need to walk into your day with the most confidence. As Lisa shares, competence is confidence, and this episode is about empowering women to become more confident and learn what it means to be unstoppable.
Former Secret Service Agent and friend of the show, Evy Poumpouras, never disappoints and challenges you to reflect on all that you’ve overcome and everything you’ve accomplished to give your confidence an immediate boost. Think about your daily habits and examine if those habits are building your confidence or diminishing your confidence.
TIPS FROM THIS EPISODE:
Don’t be afraid to raise your voice
Be proactive to avoid being reactive
Use clothes to feel confident and also affect how others perceive you
Don’t let people's negative perception of you affect how you present yourself
Being authentic to yourself helps you feel grounded and confident
Shift and adapt to what you are doing and how you feel
A CHALLENGE FROM EVY:
Write a list of the greatest accomplishments and difficulties you have overcome.
SOMETHING TO TRY ASAP FROM LISA:
Put on your best outfit and say out loud, ‘I got this,’ ‘I’m confident,’ ‘I’m unstoppable!”

QUOTES:
“Confidence is not like genetics, you either have it or you don’t. I really think it’s like a skill you cultivate [...] I think you build it by gaining competence.” Lisa Bilyeu [6:07]
“50% is what the world does to you but 50% is you. This you can manage, and so if you want to be those things and you want to change those things, it’s something you can do.” Evy Poumpouras [13:21]
“When I’m over prepared, it’s one less thing I have to worry about.” Evy Poumpouras [16:36]
“I am proactive at prepare, prepare, so that when things happen I am less reactive. When you’re reactive you’re sloppy, you’re emotional, you’re in that moment, you’re going to make mistakes, you’re not sure.” Evy Poumpouras [23:20]
“We shift and adapt to how we’re feeling in that moment to what we’re doing, or maybe what we’re trying to feel.” Evy Poumpouras [39:41]

This is a lesbian masculinity concept meant to trigger a competitive outgroup enemy male response in a man. This will put him in combat mode. I feel like there trying to you on purpose because they don’t like men being with women.

They hate is a biological predisposition through a disgust response to male sexuality and competing against men for women. That's why they spend so much time trying to incite trauma and fear in women about men as a form of mate guarding and coercive control over straight women. That's why radical feminists are almost all lesbians and political lesbians who exploit vulnerable women to radicalize and push their orientation on them. FMRI studies also show that they tend to have lower empathy for the opposite sex.

There is no concentrated group of people on the history of the planet in every single race and culture across the world that has a same contempt for men as that seemed demographic. It's because they're like a man in a woman's body and so naturally develop resentment towards men because most women are attracted to men. a lot a radical feminist are lesbian incels

I am obsessed with this channel. I am going through a difficult time in my life, dealing with my mother’s cancer, being a single parent, coming out of a toxic relationship while moving up in the corporate world and having to always show strength, when internally feeling emotionally defeated. This channel with these two INCREDIBLE women has helped me out tremendously in so many ways, especially in respecting myself and having boundaries. I am beyond grateful and look forward to watching these episodes every single morning to get me amped up for my day. Truly, thank you both 🙏🏼

My tip for confidence: leave the ego. Leave the "I don't know" "I'm smart" "I'm lazy" "I'm confident". Ask, how can I contribute to world improvement? Then, everything else fades away, and you can use all the capacity you have.

No kidding, Evy and Lisa were the reasons why I even got into the self help sphere. I subscribed to women of impact because their first episode had appeared in my feed, I got intrigued by it, decided to watch it and I was so thoroughly impressed by it. Then through Lisa I got onto her hubby Tom’s Impact Theory, and kind of so on. These people have infinitely changed my life for the better with their profound knowledge and wisdom.

@peter goodman You need to determine for yourself what piece of advice resonates with you and what doesn’t, you never follow anything blindly. Self help is basically advice and motivation from people who have had some tough experiences in their life and who wish to share the insights they have gained from those experiences in order to help other people. I’ve personally found such advice to be very helpful for me. I simply take what I know is needed for me and leave what is not. I believe people from all age groups are constantly learning and growing. I’m not sure what your definition of ‘adulting’ is, but that’s what it is for me. I personally found no value from your comment and I get the impression it was purely to insult and spread negativity.

Love this! Former military woman here. I remember during basic we were having a lecture by a nurse, with our Brother Platoon. At the end, she excused them and asked us women to stay. She told us to remember and NEVER forget, that we are women...just because we have the same/similar uniform, bad haircuts, etc, to always, always remember we are WOMEN first and to take care of ourselves, not to fall into "one of the guys" BS and be true to ourselves. All these decades later, I've never forgotten that. I've always had long hair. In basic, I'd get up 10 or so mins earlier so I had time to put up my hair well. Post basic, anytime I was on parade, I took time to make my hair spectacular: beautiful big curls put up, interesting braiding put up etc. And I always always wore makeup. I just loved it and still do. And yes, I was told at times to lighten up on it, yet continued with a solid neutral palette. Thank you BOTH for this beyond amazing video!! Hugs from 🇨🇦❤

“I am unstoppable” moved to USA at age 19, had to learn the language and culture. At that age my confidence was lost due to lack of communication with the world around me. I felt like I lost my own identity. Few years later I put myself thru college by telling myself “no one knows, I don’t know or that I even exist, that’s why I am here to learn.” failed multiple times but never gave up, I acquired a bachelor degree but it took me 10 years of my life in between jobs and raising my children. I believe there is so much more I can learn and give to the world if I just keep learning. I love watching your show empowering woman’s. I do a lot of self talk in creating something, but no confidence to get started ! Help ! 😊😁

@peter goodman that’s an extreme statement. Sometimes or usually true to some extent, but surely not absolutely so. It’s also **a given** that *some* self-help books will actually impart some helpful tips, lessons, and perspectives to some readers. It’s just a matter of finding authors who have real substance to communicate, rather than just the self-serving pursuit of noteworthiness & profit.

I feel like this is the first time I've seen people on a talkshow actually present their opposing positions and work thru the different ideas, while also maintaining repoir. Like the first time Evy came on the show, I was like OHHH SHIT! Bc there was like a mini war, but you guys still pulled it back around. And now she's on all the time. I really think its powerful that you guys are modeling communication where both people can present their own ideas but stay friends.

I have big dreams for myself, I want to be a prime living example of limitless multifaceted talent and beauty. Of course I cannot do everything but I can be a lot more than average. You can do it. I am a professional artist. I am 40 taken a long hard 10 years to get where i am. I love my work, its been the best blessing, i am able to be creative everyday and work whatever hours, which often include hours in nature. Keep growing and doing what you are doing. I have been watching and researching self help and spiritual answers for over 20 years and you succeed against all odds, you can. I did and do. So keep focused on the life you want and how you want to give back. Remember that creative people are visionaries and we are often at odds with people, we are meant to be different, to give a different message. Having confidence in this can help set you free. Understand you are meant to be alone in this to some extent and i for one get my strength from God. Don’t be precious with your art. I wish you all the best. If you were created to be creative God will make a way for you to live a successful life filled with the things you desire.

It's so beautiful how every person has their own perspective of what beauty and confidence is. I'm a guy and you know as a guy your not supposed to wear make up and even when i was a young child i always wanted to dress up and create different things. Then you start going to school and really when you dress up for even going to the grocery shop and put on a whole outfit for that and then going to the gym afterwards creating another outfit and finding a whole feeling out of it is really beautiful to experience. On the other part it's also that people look at you crazy when you go to the gym with a full pink adidas outfit and a pink bandana with pink shoes and a pink cap. It's like Evy said about her job. Then people want to make you feel like your too extra or make you feel like it's not necessarily needed to go to the gym or grocery store like that but you do that for YOU. You do that cuz it makes you happy and confident and it's fun to do with yourself trying new stuff. The environment is just an another way of being more creative with the stuff that you have at that moment or find some small pieces to be able to create a look. I mean it also cost money but that should not hold you back from being creative or artistic with it. And also i think it's important to know it's like finding yourself in it or trying to get to know yourself better because sometimes you will wear certain outfits and combinations that DON'T make you feel good either. Then you know that's not your type of swag or style or it also tells you a lot of how you feel that day

@@bluemermaid4768 Sorry to hear. I can certainly relate to 80% on your list (plus other stuff). But like Evy and Lisa (two amazingly powerful Souls) I choose to not be a victim and discipline myself to live a holistic lifestyle - ie meditation is my main medication. This is so inspiring! I have this story about being a single mother from a low income family that isn’t serving me. I love the idea of not beating ourselves up and inviting the voice over for coffee. And I also LOVE the idea of “No ones home” and slamming the door on that same voice! I can see how the application of this idea would work internally with my own thoughts, and also externally in what negative behaviors I choose to accept or “invite over for coffee” from other people. Thank you both for putting together this incredible series!!! I AM UNSTOPPABLE
