Excellent video Gert. My PB is actually 35m, I don’t know mouthfill, and at this depth it feels that I completely run out of air to equalize. When I go back into deep waters, I wanna try the mouthfill. Abraços do Brasil!

Mouthfill often is useful at 40 meters or deeper.

I watch all of your videos sir. I want to say it is a pleasure , I live in an island and I plan on practicing with them , but not till I have a 100% understanding of what I am doing.

What about BTV / VTO? Does it have any advantages? I can do it naturally from a young age.

Can i do mouthfill, if i dont use nose clip and using low volume mask from 8 to 15m freediving?

mouthfill is for deeper than 30-40m. It's a techique for advanced divers. Beginners should learn to do normal frenzel. But yes, technically you can do mouthfill at shallower depths

Practice a lot, it takes me months to do it first time. Don't force yourself. Practice out water and in water. And mostly go progressively. Don't try to go very deep. Just have fun and practice a lot you'll do it for sure.
