1. Grow exponentially and not incrementally 2. When business is growing without your presence then it is scalable 3. Sustainable in needed before scalability 4. After Scaling,invest via external funds 5. Prepare a recurring revenue model (RRM) 6. Never leave the sure things for unsure things 7. Find that recurring product in your business 8. Scalability is an outcome of process orientation 9. People + Product give you profit 10. Even if your product is epic it won't scale up or expand if there is no P.O or S.O.P 11. Great. Its a good video to highlight the importance of Process orientation approach. However the comparison between Gupta Burger and McD is inappropriate. The kind of process orientation and standardization that MNCs are able to bring in their business and operation is due to massive funding. It can be a complete story if you highlight how did they could attract massive funding in their business.
