Fabricating a Springer brake caliper hanger bracket. Now the Honda Rebel 250 no longer has its original front shocks there is no way of mounting the front brake caliper. In this video I fabricate a caliper hanger bracket designed to work with the original brake caliper and springer front end.

We just picked up a 1959 Ironhead 900 hard tail with a springer front end. We're wanting to put a disc brake on the front. Can't wait to see more on this.

Is that 6mm (1/4") steel for the bracket? If so, doesn't that seem a bit thick? Or is that thickness chosen to match the spacing of something?

Its the same thickness as the original bracket

Hi mate you took my Honda Shadow VT600 a few months back. How is it going with that? Haven't seen any vids of it yet. I found the side panels in the garage the other day. They are plastic, shiny chrome colour. Do you want them? I will scrap them if not.

Hey up fella, yeah shes up and running in fact your message couldn't have come at a better time. Im getting it ready for a road trip next month and was struggling to think what do do about the side panels, so yeah I'll have them please. If I sort out postage cost would you mind shipping them?
