I needed this my entire life and I'm only 36! I've been soooo afraid of falling (not heights but the act of falling from said height) my entire life because I never was taught how to do so effectively. Any falls I've had from skating I would always get injured and then quit learning. I'm gonna go bungee jumping (a life long dream just been scared!) in 2022 because of you and this video. all kids who play sportrs should learn this, its how they sprain wrists and break fingers. My son is a perfect example. Learnig how to fall right just isn't taught in sports I guess.

I thank you and my left knee thanks you. If you do a revision I suggest pointing out that you are keeping your legs straight and not trying to stop yourself with your knees. Probably keeping the legs relaxed as you fall, yes?

I need this i was speeding on my scooter and it tried over a rock not only did I fall my scooter ran me over and a car was coming my direction i crawled out of the way and my friend picked me up and I survived
