Harrow instead of wisp works as well if you need healing. Also helps with energy issues, if you somehow have them.

When solo farming for Toroids, I use a duration build Octavia. I use her 1, 3 and 4. I skip her second ability because if you don't place her mallet correctly, it can break the beacons; but doing this method I can just stay invisible, and let the enemies kill themselvs. Every now and then I will need some energy, but with primed flow on the frame, I rarely need to put down an energy puck.

orange toroids are best farmed in the earlier pt stage in my opinion. you dont need a full team and its really chilled and not so annoying

You advise to do the profit taker orb for standing... But you need max standing to take on the profit taker orb ........ So this beats the whole purpose....

Toroids are the one resource that's annoying to farm? Entrati Lanthorns would like a word.

Bringing a Smeeta kavat def makes a HUGE difference for farming these. Charm can spawn you free toroids out of thin air, which are boosted by boosters, and also another charm buff can give free resource booster that can give 2 fold or 4 fold boost (4 fold and 8 fold with an actual resource booster. Just make sure to use Tech Enhance and have Charm in the top left most slot.

Went Nekros to Temple and got 11 steroids in 25 mins. Without resource booster. I guess they made drop chance easier. It was supper chill and easy even when enemies were lvl 100.

I would encourage atlas plus nekros. When ore gaze is installed gives extra loot ok. But each fragment will count as one extra body for nekros dessecrate. Those are some numbers

I actually like running around getting my wanted level up in Orb Vallis. Just with it was easier to consistently get it up to the maximum. It's pretty fun to fight enemies out there and it's a real challenge, especially on Steel Path

Such a darn pain, for sure. it does make me wonder about the relic/hr of the 3 lowballs, vs profit, vs exploiter. sure lazulites are 12k but how fast, and how easy can it be done vs getting 12 of the lowballs, or 2 crismas?

Yo just focus on me. Do the spider in the cave boss fight (orb mother how is it called..) u get the toroid that gives 12k standing. Add a resource booster (24k) and in the end dont pick up the resource just wait for smeeta kavat to proc double resource booster buff (the buff with the longest timer) and then pick up the resources from the dead boss (48k standing). This mission takes around 25 minutes, solo. Depends on how lucky u r waiting the cat to proc the resource buff. U can do 20 min or 30 min its just luck. Anyway in 60min lets say u will have 8 toroids that give 12k standing ea so 96k standing. Much better than the full team combo that gets 30 to 50 toroids (1k standing ea) in 60 min that means 50k standing max.. So ye...do it my way for standing unless you want to gather specific toroids to build something or lvl up.

My set-up: - Gloom/Despoil/Shadow Shield nekros (Arcane Eruption helps a lot to keep things under control as these guys can burst through your defenses if you're unlucky) - Laetum build for toxin with a bane mod. You're gonna need this kind of firepower for Steel Path Fortuna enemies. - Ripkas melee with the Amalgam Ripkas True Steel mod. The Gore chance effect means you get guaranteed corpses if you're using bad elements like Radiation that would normally disintegrate enemies and stop you from desecrating them. Also allows a lot of things to cut up enemies, that normally wouldn't work, like Toxin procs. DO NOT USE COLD ELEMENT!!! It doesn't play nice with the mod and will stop you from cutting up enemies. Most likely a bug as in the past frozen enemies could be cut up... - Smeeta Kavat and Steel Path. VERY IMPORTANT! That build-in resource drop chance booster makes this way better than regular star chart runs and Smeeta is a wel duh! for any serious grind. - Both a resource booster and resource drop chance booster. Yes, that's 80 plat you need to invest, but this allows you to farm multiple full arcane sets with ease and quite a few of those go for 100+ plat on the Warframe market... - Resource drop chance blessing from relay. If you can't do it yourself, ask someone. Most Mr. 30 players are nice people and will throw a blessing if asked to ^_^ Results with bad luck and playing solo (on Switch, the version with the lowest amount of enemy spawns): 100+ Toroids per hour and 4-8 Riven Slivers Results with good luck and playing solo (also on Switch ofcourse): 300+ Toroids per hour and around 16 Riven Slivers I'm not sure if speed running Profit Taker can match this, and it's a lot harder to do as well, considering you're also dealing with 2 loading screens for each fight.

So, in your opinion, what was the old meta then? Seems like it was like this since day 1.

additionally, don't use ranged weapons for the smeeta to proc less buffs as if you only bring melee, it'll not proc reload buffs, secondly, i prefer the squad use auras like steel charge and shield disruption, also one bring arcane pulse, arcane eruption (for more crowd control), arcane strike and arcane fury for dps, lastly, use ripkas, as there is a mod called amalgan ripkas true steel, wherein if maxed, has 100% gore chance, it means that if you kill an enemy using ripkas, it'll slice them, as individual sliced body parts will yield loot, thus doubling it much further (you can do heavy attack ripkas build since you have a wisp thus making the wind up faster) last tip: make the strangledome as small as possible for easier positioning and killing

You could always just do steel path and use khora

We did it with 2 hyrdroids and 2 mesas, got hundreds of the things.

I know killing Profit taker/exploiter orb are some of the best Vox solaris standing farms but that's on IF you can actually fight them. I tried not long ago for the first time in the best kitted out Chroma I had and the mook enemies plus Profit spelt disaster for me and I had to abort. I will try again at some point but right now I'd rather just farm Toroids from the open world areas instead of dealing with Profit takers crappy encounter/combat designs.

On Friday buy resouece boster and use smeeta, each toroid Will multiply x 4/8/16 depending your luck :)

yk you can use both hydroid and khora right? since yk, KHORA HAS ENSNARE???? also if you use khora and hydroid you won't be needing nidus as strangledome groups enemies, just get a good khora and thats that lol

I had more trouble getting Atmos systems than I did any toroid. I fought Profit Taker so many times.

Tried this solo and it was DEFINITELY not worth the trouble. Might as well farm narmer bounties at that point.

or Solo grab a Mech and you can farm for ever, i run a 30-45min run and walk out with about 40 every run, or even Mirage.... and smeeta buff

I tried it on SP solo with my khora well it didn't go as I planned it once it went to max wanted lvl oh boy

For solo can you use hydroid with Khora or Nidus helminth ability to pull them in?

one resource thats annoying to farm , looks at nitain extrain can't even farm it only get from nightwave or other missions ..... also the cryotic resource (40k for a weapon) , and recently dilluted thermia for me are annoying as fuck, getting 6 hildryn chassisses is a fucking pain in the ass

Vauban would actually be better then nidus as bastille has more range gathers more enemies and can grant a damage boost. Flechette orb will also delete enemies. Also not to mention vauban can hand out power strength for free

I recently farmed enough Toroids in one session to be able to build Baruuk but then I died because I foolishly tried to do some Thermia Fractures instead of going back to Fortuna and lost all of the toroids. Thermia Fractures: not even once

Do not use hydroid for this it is a 100% but khora slash + nekros is just so much better, cause each part of body cut off by slash procs counts as a body for nekros desecrate

Funny I wanted to farm those to get Baruuk, just got banned for negative plat balanced, it happens to a lot of people and you have to pay DE money even though u'r innocent...

Hydroids 100% chance is only if his tentecles get the kill. Better to run a second nekros in most cases so that if one nekros doesnt get the bonus loot the other one has a chance to. The only time hydros is key for farming is when you farm growing power

This is nothing new. The meta has been here for quite a while. I mean maybe even since orb valley released. Also there are much harder resources to farm... But at least the video explains it nicely for players who might not know.

Please god ignore any hydroid advice in this video, bring Khora. Solo or in a squad BRING KHORA. Her loot is 100% as well as it chops enemies up into multiple pieces giving nekros more loot to desecrate. "Oh but what about solo? it's still a lower drop chance!!" Khora's KPS (kills per second) is LEAGUES better than Hydroid's, you'll just get more loot objectively.

Maybe just get to the point?

Clickbait title, typical red arrow thumbnail, asking for likes and subs 12 seconds in, and taking ages to basically say "you go there with the usual loot comp with boosters". I value my time, otherwise I wouldn't want to farm efficiently. You'd gain in quality if you could respect people's time instead of just trying to juice them up for stats.
