Glad you like it! Where did you get lost? It's not easy to figure out melodies on solfege, it takes lots of practice. Keep going and don't give up :)

What is the function of Do Re Mi? While the note can be change by any note. Not exclusive to C note. Sry, i'm confius. Is the Do Re Mi is a octave?

That's possible as well, and most of the time the bass note is a chord tone of the underlying harmony. I'll do some videos on finding bass notes soon :)

Hi Rahul, yes we can create a melody on any scale, and we can even take a melody in a specific scale and adapt it to fit into another scale.
