This resonates with me. I feel like I'm always taking time out for injury, to the point where I'm considering quitting running altogether. Currently it's an ankle tendon problem which flares up every time I run. This video gives me a little hope. Thank you.

Before bed message your ankle with arnica cream and arthritis cream, then wrap in plastic wrap and put your sock on. Do this nightly and thank me later 😁
