Thanks for this vid ! Can you explain pls how it works if I followed BRRRR method but rent I receive is $2800 and refinance monthly interest is $3700 ( house appreciated $480k x 7.35% 30y ) ?

The refinance is $480,000 ( 80% of the total house new value ) and it comes to $3700 per month but my rent is $2800 and it’s not covering the new refinance? How does it works for you that your rent cover the new refinance payments

You need the refi monthly payment to be less than your rent collected. So you will need to adjust the things you can control. Like purchase price and rehab costs💪
