Worth also including to those watching that we also offer an apartment search on our platform where you can find full apartments, coliving rooms (furnished, individual and flexible rooms) and very soon, full sublets to rent for a shorter period directly from individuals. Very good tips about avoiding scams!

Thank you for watching ! I’d say 2k or more. It will all depend on if you want roommates or not. But I am not familiar with pearl river I do know that it’s way cheaper .
