I have a video for Cetus in the works. The ecliptic, or path of the Sun, does not pass through Cetus, so you wouldn’t find any planets passing through it. Cetus is next to Pisces and Aries, which are both zodiacal constellations. So planets may be nearby Cetus, but technically not passing through.
