When you move from home country u should always go X3 eg if u get 10k monthly outside India u have to go minimum 30k

Hi Peeyushi.... What is your comment on a salary of 220k THB/month for someone with 6 YOE? Since its a new geography... Not sure its ok or low balled considering if the person currently makes 25 Lpa in India

Thank you for asking such brilliant to-the-point questions. Here is the answer 25 lpa means approx 92K THB/month Now, if the offer is 220K THB/month it is certainly covering the currency difference. If you are relocating without kids, this is a great offer. Otherwise, check for school benefits, a lot of good companies sponsor full/partial school fees. But overall I would say this is a good offer.

Hello, my current salary in India is 24LPA and in hand offer for Thailand is 95k pm and 30LPA in India.Is it a good offer to move Thailand with spouse?

Hi Ravina, more or like your take home is similar in both the cases. I believe your savings will be comparatively little more in India, but the experience, exposure you will get in Thailand is worth giving it a try.

Average 15K THB per month. But also depends upon pervious work experience. Here security guards get a job via security agencies. Average per day wage is approx 320 THB.

@@peeyushi aapne direct company ki website ke through se apply kiya tha but uske baad jaise aapka resume short-listed ho Gaya uske baad kya procedure tha, I mean totals kitne round thee like online test, technical round, HR round, ispe aap please Ek video Baano.
