The power of NOW Excellent. Listened to it in audio form 4 x so far Each pass thru , more nuggets. Net effect My being is there … While I’m doing I am becoming non resistant … Presence allows me the space to connect with my Son who transitioned 4/23/21 I find that this depth is very very powerful

Being a good parent is the highest calling on the planet. I gave the gift of allowing my kids to always be themselves, and to enjoy growing up. It was, of course, draining at times, but being a good even great parent is really all I ever wanted to be. I admire you, and I don't even know you!

You can ask your local library to order any book for you from the nearest library in the UK that has a copy available, I think it cost £1 to order a book. All Eckharts books are available but unsurprisingly they are very often already out being read by other people. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

"Presence" is the case , as such, its value correlates with a proposition of "thought." The "Truth Function", initiating an antecedent, is fact , provided the "input" and "output" are deemed proportional in value. (Ludwig Wittgenstein). Every second of ever minute of every hour of every day is a sequence of events defining positive and negative "Integers." Life inhibits "presence" through friction which exist in materialistic and superficial endeavors. The "Presence" of virtue is tantamount to the "Presence" of "knowing." Awareness, existing in form, unabated by "thought", draws clarity within itself , identifying "presence" as an "innate" disposition governing "A Priori" knowledge.

"You're not saying, Eckhart says 30 seconds and then you say ok, here we go. You're just straining to get out of the 30 seconds" Ok, cool, so what should we do? "So it has to be focused on your breath, for example, or the inner body, the awareness of the inner body, and practice the being, so you bring a little bit of being into the doing" Come again? "At some point later the 2 will merge completely, but... and then there are other moments where you probably think that you do frequently every day. There you can bring in awareness, so that it's not a means to an end" Is Eckhart feeling ok? He seems to be rambling. Ok, let's continue... "And perhaps create a little gaps, a number of gaps during the day, during your busy day, um... you could say, for example, whenever you wash your hands in the bathroom. That can be an absolute presence, while, and be, you come to your senses, feel the water, smell the soap. That can be a present moment" I'm sorry, what? Whenever I wash my hands in the bathroom? "Feel" the water? Smell the soap? Eckhart, are you feeling ok? That was the first 2 minutes of this bizarre video. I remember when Eckhart was inspiring to listen to. Now he's starting to sound a little bit like Biden. Yikes.

Socrates was a character in Plato’s works. Not the other way around. Socrates never wrote anything. Also, Plato opened a school and had students so lots of people knew and interacted with him. Aristotle studied at Plato’s school for 20 years and was one of his most talented students.
