Im 22 years old and 6 months sober. I have lost 20 pounds and changed everything in my life in this time frame. I wish I could go into detail but it’s an immense amount of change. I have been studying your videos every day for some months now and I just want to Thankyou so much for giving me all this content. Sometimes I get let down because of my actual father but I have people like you filling in that void. @@Mendleson read Atomic Habits to understand how to create good habits and kill bad habits. In this case for example something useful could be to replace this activity with a healthier habit. But if you have a serious problem don't doubt to look for professional help.

This is what i learnt from this : the overall purpose of life is to serve humanity, you have to focus on self-mastery and self-growth. In order to do so you have to disconnect from technology because in todays era ; the over-stimulation of technology is stopping you from finding ur purpose. If financial freedom is what you’re after, then learn to sell and then sell expensive things, like high-end cars, yachts, private jets, or homes. And then make sure you invest smart and control your spending so that you have financial freedom after 5 to 10 years.

Purpose is defined as the reason for existence. Purpose requires a Creator/Designer/Planner of our lives and that can only be God. Like it or not, purpose cannot exist without presupposing a Creator. This video and many others tell us that our purpose is to serve others. But serving others is not the end but rather, a means to an end. God has created us and has invited us to seek Him and we do that by serving others for where love is, there God is also. If we seek God, we will find Him in our efforts to obey His command to love our neighbor. As the philosopher Martin Buber wrote, "The true meaning of love one's neighbor is not that it is a command from God which we are to fulfill, but that through it and in it we meet God."

There is no meaning. Existentialism says you derive meaning by doing something. But, having done that and having it all come back and bite me in the butt and you figure out why Nihilism and Absurdism exist. Live long enough to have totally useless/ wife and family and you will get it.
