serial numbers are totally random nowadays.. i think since 2012 or around that. You can‘t identifiy if its fake or real by it‘s serial number anymore.

I have a oyster perpetual cosmograph, I don’t know how old it is but the number is behind the band does that mean it’s fake

Not all rolex had serial number located in the 6 oclock outside

Some have the serial number on one side and the model number on the other. Personnelly my model number is on the inside while the serial is on the 6 o'clock

I have rolex 1989 model ...no print in the back and no visible serial numbers outside...it located inside
