The happiness you are seeking is ALREADY inside you. You just have to know where to look.
This man truly needs no introduction. With over 34 Million followers and 7 BILLION KZfaq views, this bestselling author, podcast host, purpose coach, and former monk is FINALLY here and I am truly honored to bring Jay Shetty to the Ed Mylett Show!
We all have a desire to experience more happiness and more success in our lives and this interview will open your eyes to all of the power and purpose that already lives inside you. Your life will be transformed by this powerful conversation and I can honestly say this is one of THE BEST and MOST TRANSFORMATIONAL episodes of all time.
Jay Shetty is dropping gems on how to navigate these unprecedented times and find CALM IN THE CHAOS. You’ll learn how his teachings as a monk guided him to be able to create peace and calm from within, REGARDLESS of the circumstances that surrounded him.
We get REAL about the difference between believing you can be anything you want in life VS being GREAT at EVERYTHING you ALREADY ARE… and the difference between your TRUE CALLING and the dreams we’ve fabricated by playing the comparison game.
Jay even reveals the morning routine that ANYONE ANYWHERE can do that will prepare you and protect you from the battles life will throw at you.
From being able to identify your TRUE purpose in life, to unleashing the hidden greatness within you, the energy from this interview can be felt by anyone who watches or listens to it.
If you are looking for the pathway to happiness and fulfillment, you MUST watch/listen!----

Yes....when I give to the less fortunate...when I shop on weekly bases and I shop for them and give it to the food pantry....and it goes to people I will never meet...people who I dont expect anything from...its the fact that I can be a blessing to others, that my higher power has made this possible for me...I feel this favor in my heart and especially in my soul!

@@slsm1384 I am just now learning about Jay and don't know much about him yet but what I do know is that we ALL learn most everything we know from someone or somewhere, to me, the most important thing is to share with others the best and most helpful information we learn about. It doesn't really matter to me who originated this quote, it was still new to me and I appreciate it. 🙂

Idk why - but I think the timing is perfect for me. My summer didn’t feel as accomplished as I planned (at all)... so this is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you Ed 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I love you Ed, because you don’t care about the money or the following you have giving out free content, I used to feel that way about Jay specially in the beginning, because he was a monk... but that has changed because he charges for everything he does (expensive) and he cares a lot about how many followers and likes he has, I have nothing against but it really shows how people can change by social media.

Sorry for the delay Ed. I only really listen to your guests so when I see on LI that you have a new show I time in. For me when Jay said "The scale at which you succeed depends on the depth of the problem you solve". I hope that's exactly what he said. As a leader at work I'm often surprised, although I shouldn't be, at how people have no idea sharing problems but don't try to solve it themselves. Jay said it within a different context I believe like innovation but even simple problems that arise people love to just pass it along without a solution or at least the root cause so we can find the solution together. I look for that with my team. Some have it many dont

37:18, What moves people to like me. Is my demeanor, how I approach all situations. How I handle all situations. How I get lost and able to have fun with whatever I do. What they discover is that I'm having the time of my life doing something that to them isn't at all fun. Then when I create, this really blows their mind away. Finding a new way to do something that they've done one way since they learned how to do it. Without words, this is type of behavior is very motivating to others. It show them they can perform in a much higher level.

Exactly what everyone needs to hear! "Most people act without thinking, and thinks without acting". This one has definitely touched a button in me. Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with work or projects thinking that we have to do them, also maybe we think we have to stay busy to feel that we are doing something with our lives. But are we ACTUALLY enjoying it? Is it ACTUALLY fulfilling us and bringing us joy where we WANT to wake up in the morning and do it? I really needed to hear that, thanks Ed! 14:25 Curiosity, imagination, when someone moved me to do something. My nature moved me to break the pattern that they followed, this allowed me to expand on the situation. Let me tell you, I have pissed off, angered a many of friends, co-workers, supervisors, owners...etc. Why because my nature moved me to do more, do more, my creativity allowed me to venture deeper into the unknown. While, they wanted to keep what's working for them. Through my extremely high tolerance I could move through the pressure put on me. Thus allowing me to excell at whatever I did.
