*3 keys to ideal life: Head Heart and Hand alignment.* Head is for your vision. Heart is for compassion, ability to adapt. Hand is for service for others. Thanks, Jay and Tom for this insight!

You’re right: Jay Shetty does a great job at offering us education. What's your opinion about the fact that we have to wear protective masks to enter stores?
@SUABANANA
@SUABANANA 3 жыл бұрын
@@mihaiwebsite well I'm not so sure about that because I live in Finland here and we don't have to wear a mask in order to go to stores. That is why I don't know what you guys are going through in America. What do you think about the current situation?

@@SUABANANA you already know my opinion from my blog. i was curious to know your opinion about the fact that in some countries there are mandatory masks, for stores and public transport. so what's your opinion?

I got rid of instagram because it was owning me and ruining my life...I feel so much better deleting such meaningless things. Everyone i know who still has instagram are always complaining about their life and always comparing without knowing they are already living in abundance. As a generation who is taught to be more open minded...things like social media keep us in a box...self obsessed and trapped.

Indeed, but what level of importance do your things tie you to them. You can only detach so much before you come to the inevitable conclusion being truly free, means you no longer need.

Hi Jay, Your book, “Think like a monk” is such a blessing to me and this is the first book that made me feel so great and taught me so much. Only request I have for you is to write a book for teenagers. They can read this same book but I think I enjoyed this book more because of the maturity of my age and if you could have something for kids to understand the worth and purpose of their life.
