When you say add value.. What specific ways should i go about to that? Do you mean just by doing the research and understanding the audiance is what adding valie is all about or something different?

adding value means if you want to be apart of a community, how can you make that community better now that you are involved? if you wanted to join the Surfing community, adding value can mean participating in beach clean ups, teaching a younger person how to surf, helping, volunteering, providing, learning, educating, protecting, uplifting and giving. if you want people to buy from you give them a reason to trust in you.
