I completely relate to not being good enough. I was physically, mentally & emotionally abused by my father growing up. I then married a man just like my father. My 19 year marriage just ended in divorce because he decided his girlfriend was more important. He had several during our marriage. I am now putting myself back together to become the woman that I want to be to fight for my kids and show them that it I s possible to co.e through this.

Okay. As someone who picked up Spanish as my third language? and now speak it fluently? I recommend CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH CLASSES. There R actually people in his area who would be willing to meet up for a couple of times a month (maybe more) where all they do is speak to each other in Spanish! Very, very effective way to become fluent!

I'm working on myself. One thing I am impatient with myself about is untangling ALL of the abuses I suffered as a child. I don't want to live in the past. This morning while listening to one of your videos, you said for us to close our eyes and imagine what we wanted to hear as a child. I want to want myself if that makes any sense. I was told as a child by my mother that she wished she could shoot us(her children) like dogs and bury us on the hill. There's more, the story is more horrific, I'm condensing it. I was 9 years old at the time. I remember loving her so much that I wanted her to be happy, even if that meant letting her. Two to three years later she started telling me how she could have left my father years ago if she hadn't become pregnant with me. Even with all of that, I didn't get into trouble as a teenager. I was straight laced so to speak, but I struggled with self esteem, thoughts of suicide, rejection, self worth. There is so much more, and though I'm not a tragedy, and I am finally healing, thanks to people like you and Dr. Joe Dispenza, I find I'm having to untangle the things I once believed I had forgiven and made peace with. I don't want to say or think the process is difficult, or that it's a long process, because then it is. I have to tell myself I am quickly progressing, despite the feeling that I'm not progressing as quickly as I want to. I've been writing since I was 12 years old. It was the outlet for my pain and emotions, but I struggle to complete my projects. Now that I'm on a path of healing I feel my writing needs to change as well. I have days where I still hurt, inside, but I am learning the tools not to live in pain. Thank you for that. From the depths of my heart, Thank you. I am determined to keep going, even when I have steps back at times, I am going to keep pressing forward.

Dear Jenniffer, I congratulate you on acquiring the skill to read, I remember how this opened a new world to me! I found once I could read that I was able to learn from other people from their writing. I wish you all the best for the future!! 👍🏽 Being good at academic learning is one thing (and it is understandably a useful skill to society), but it is an overrated skill in some societies who do not value other skills such as emotional intelligence, communication skills and being able to empathise with your fellow human beings. Some people have good craft skills and others have a tolerance to do jobs that most of us find unbearable - pest control, waste disposal, cleaning latrines, etc. Few of us are good at several things. The COVID pandemic made many people (in developed countries) aware of the need to value all skills.

Me deepest shame was that I could not work when I gave birth to my child. I wasn't strong enough to combine work and motherhood... I felt so stupid and vulnerable becauae of breastfeeding and that almost animalistic love to the child.. Surprisingly I was abused way more in the society in my profound state of motherhood love such as I was attacked by some entities which needed to bring me down... Bizarre... Was anybody else abused more when vulnerable or it's just me?..😀😀

I wonder Marisa, if you analyzed your husband thoroughly, as it must be your natural inclination when you meet a new person, or a new client. Was he just very comfortable in who he is? And was there a lot of fixing that you had to do? I mean I believe he was really very good for you from the onset... but I can't help imagining that he must be a very emotionally intelligent human too... or just so confident and comfortable in who he is... Am looking forward to meeting my absolute beautiful love, soul mate vibes... after such an incredibly challenging first marriage:) Your words make life so hopeful x

Some people are just getting along in life and don't have the basics worked out, so it can be challenging to meet a potential partner that will already be stable in most aspects of their life. I think MP reminded people in a recent video that we live in a world of flawed people, no matter how wise we are - we still have wobbly moments we we entertain self-doubt or miss out on being kind and considerate to others, etc. She has also said that 'good' people can sometimes do 'bad' things. So I suppose if we meet potential partners it's a case of considering whether we can live with their specific foibles and work support them to overcome any weaknesses they may have. Good luck with the search for a soulmate!

It's a snip from a longer interview. I'm not sure why the MP team keep regurgitating old clips, they never tell us so it's hard to know whether to stay subbed or just check in once every two months to see if they have new content to offer. I'm wondering why they don't post more content from the people who go on the RTT therapy course. I'm sure many of them would be able to share insights into how they are following Maria Peer's methods. Or, they could cut their unpublished videos to around 15-18 minutes instead of sharing a 50 minute video - y'know less being more in this case...

I'm lesbian and always dressed more like a boy because I like it and my parents kept saying "wear something else, you Look like a boy!" in a negative way. It haunts me till today when I buy New clothes or go on a public toilets and people Look at me and say "this is not the mens toilet!" I always feel she shame of being just the way I am.
