I tried this and I figured out if you do it on the side it’s going to be a lot easier and if you have uneven hair, just bobby pin it and you’re gonna be good to go

I've struggled with doing my own hair since I was a kid and this was the first time I've ever done anything beyond a simple braid. It actually looks like a fishtail and I may very well do this for work tomorrow. Thank you so much.

Hiii, i just wanted to say thank you so much for your tutorials. Until maybe a month ago the only braid i could do was a wonky nameless braid a friend taught me when i was in the fifth grade! but then i was looking up how to do a dutch braid and i found your tutorial on that and after 2 failed attempts i managed to do it and it was wonderful and i've done it 3 more times since and every time i get a better handle of it so today i decided to try something new and i've always wanted to have a fishtail braid so first thing i did was check if you had a tutorial for it and it turns out you did yaay and i tried this and in 10 minutes i got something distinctly fishtail-like! It's a bit wonky and it doesn't "pop" because i have very dark hair, but i'm happy with it and i just wanted to say thanks. I really appreciate how you go step by step from he very beginning telling us how to hold our hair and where to put our hands and don't fast forward after a brief explanation like some other tutorials i've seen! so yeah thanks a lot, i can't wait to try another one of your tutorials! I think i'll try the french braid next :D

Seriously how dose she hold her arms up for so long? I’ve tried and it’s not easy my arms get so ache and tired like my muscles and my shoulders start to hurt badly. I wish there was an easier way to do nice looking braids styles in your hair without the pain in your arms, shoulders, neck.
