Hey guys! In this video I’m taking you with me to the farm to show you how I (with lots of help from my dad) fitted the window and roof vent in my van without having to pay somebody. It’s easier than you think!
Here are the products I used:

Nothing like running an angle grinder over a van to speed up the process - Dads know best. 😂

Yeah I don't think I got what it takes to cut a van I know I'd mess up somewhere haha. I'm enjoying watching your van build 👍

This is the Vent you suggested to me. Looks great but I'm not sure if I should go with Turbo Fiamma as It might be glorious in baking heat. I will hold back for a while and continue building my tailored wood framing atm on Astra Combo. My younger brother is actually kitting out a 7 and tonne horsebox as well. Pandemic time well spent. I defo think if you’ll be doing lots of cooking or driving in hot places, you’ll be forever grateful for the turbo! BUT you can actually add it at any time to the standard vent which is really cool, so you don’t have to splash out on it straight away. But you will need to wire it up and so maybe leave some string or cable conduit in the roof for it 😊

I'm recording everything on the Go Pro so I'll create a video at the end with everything; mainly because my son a Bob the builder fan and in Germany where I travel (reason for the van) when there's no bloody pandemic. I thought the turbo was on the 40*40 and not the 28*28. Gonna look into it. If I can have the turbo on the 28 my mind is sold. Good work with van, look forward to seeing the end product ;)
