Amazing how the pros fly through these builds. I started mine in January, only working on the build during weekends. Only just done the plasterboarding…. Close to finishing the inside then will take my time with the cladding

It's not about speed when doing it for yourself, it's about the fun and taking your time! (plus the cod beers at the end of building days of course!!) Glad its going well fella!

I noticed your OSB doesn’t finish on a joist or noggin where you join the sheets. Is that ok? I’ve seen others say you need to unless you use T&G OSB?

why have you got a triple top plate? I'm just erecting my own build and was just going to do a double. I've only got a light weight roof of pir insulation and metal cladding sheets

Hello buddy!! I added an extra one as I was happy that once that extra one was fitted my roof height was perfect from the ground level so now its ended up with three lol
